Products & pricing

We take care to describe and price products accurately. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at the flat rate shown at checkout. If we spot a genuine pricing error we’ll let you know before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm it. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or payment can’t be taken — and will refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t store your card details. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Product use

Our creams are cosmetic foot-care products for external use. Always read the label and patch test if you have sensitive skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition; if you have a medical concern, speak to a healthcare professional or the Feet & Care clinic.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the products you bought. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
