The information we collect

• Order details — your name, email, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Reviews — the name and review text you choose to submit.
• Usage data — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to email you order and dispatch updates (necessary to perform our contract with you).
• To send newsletters, only where you have asked us to (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To run and improve the shop, and to prevent fraud (our legitimate interests).
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (order and dispatch emails), our delivery carrier (Royal Mail, Evri or DPD), and our hosting/database provider. Each processes your data on our instructions. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal and tax obligations (generally six years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@feetandcare.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies to keep your basket and secure checkout working, together with cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
