Common questions
How soon will I see a difference?

Most people notice softer, more comfortable skin within a few days of nightly use. Deeply dry or cracked heels usually take two to three weeks of consistent care.

How often should I use it?

Smooth over clean, dry feet daily — it absorbs quickly, so it's just as good in the morning as it is before bed.

Is it strong enough for hard skin?

Silky Soles Repair (10% urea) is a gentler daily cream. For very hard or cracked heels, pair it with — or step up to — Velvet Heel Repair (25% urea).

Is it greasy?

No. It's rich and nourishing but absorbs without leaving a greasy film, so it's comfortable before bed or under socks.

Is it suitable for diabetic or sensitive feet?

It's a gentle, everyday cream — but if you have diabetes or a diagnosed foot-health condition, please check with your podiatrist or GP before use.
